GENERAL

It's normal for slimes to deflate or shrink over time! 

It's also normal for slimes become sticky over time / in warm weather! This is why we give borax + instructions in every package :-) 

 'do not eat deliciously scented slime'

What's included in my package? 
All packages come with 1 tsp of borax & an information card. Extras are included in all orders. The bigger your order = the more/better extras you will receive!

Do you use borax powder in your slimes?
Yes, we use a diluted borax solution. 

SHIPPING + HANDLING

When will my order ship? 
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Note: business days do not include weekends!

Can I change my address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email us at help@parakeetslimesshop.com as soon as possible with the correct address. If your slime has already shipped, you can still contact USPS to redirect your package. 

Where is my order?
Please check the tracking number provided. If you're tracking number has not been updated for a while, please let us know!

I paid for 2 day shipping and it's been 2 days, where is my package? 
2 day shipping does not mean your package will arrive in 2 days. It means that it will arrive in 2 days once your order is picked up by USPS!

My slime was damaged during transit. What do I do? 

Please email help@parakeetslimesshop.com with a picture of the damaged slime. Your package comes with insurance only if you paid for priority postage. Please send photos of the entire package to us for our records. Also, In order for us to replace it, the USPS has to inspect the damages and they will put a claim in. They will take the package.

Then contact me back with a claim or reference #.

I received the wrong slime. What do I do? 
Please email help@parakeetslimesshop.com with a photo of the incorrect slime.

My package got sent back to your warehouse. What happens now?
Your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. Incorrect addresses are the 
most common reason packages are returned. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the slimes. However, the shipping will not be refunded.

Can I change my address? 
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email us at help@parakeetslimesshop.com as soon as possible with the correct address. If your slime has already shipped, you can still contact USPS to redirect your package. 

Where is my order? 
Please check the tracking number provided! If your tracking number has not been updated for a while, it is possible that your package was misplaced. Please contact us at help@parakeetslimesshop.com for further assistance!

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS 

All sales are final. Cancellations are not allowed after the order has been placed. Returns are not accepted due to the nature of our product.
