We do not issue refunds or cancellations after an order has been placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS - Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the order amount and pay the shipping cost to and from when your refusal causes the order to be sent back to Parakeet Slimes.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
