The Parakeet Slimes began on a rainy September day in the ancient year 2016. Founder, Marisa Gannon, found the satisfying world of slime through an instagram post and was immediately captivated.

While back to school shopping for her first day of 8th grade she found a bottle of blue glitter glue which reminded her of the slime videos she had been obsessively watching for the last few days. So she begged her mom to buy her this overpriced, unnecessary bottle of blue glittery goo in the name of school supplies. The rest is history...
